主持人:本期开始前,请范云峰老师为我们讲一个故事,作为开篇。范云峰:有这样一个故事很有意思.说的古时有一条街巷有三个饭店.为了能够吸引说服更多的消费者来店就餐.有一家饭店就扯出条幅广告说自己是“全国最好的饭店”.第二个饭店见状.也不甘示弱,打出“本地区最好的饭店”。第三个饭店看到两个同行先后打出争夺消费者的广告.决定也来凑个热闹。它觉得同行两个饭菜质量做得虽然还不错.并且都比较自信.但广告过于夸张.反而使很多客户不相信。于是.它推出自己的广告“本街最好的饭店”.以一个诚实、可信的印象定位于消费者心中.从而博得了消费者的欢心……
