目的研究牛奶对雌性ICR小鼠生殖器官的影响。方法选用刚断奶(出生后22d)的ICR小鼠48只,雌雄各半,随机分为两组,牛奶组和对照组,每组24只。适应1周后其中牛奶组每日给于10ml鲜牛奶,对照组不给任何处理。喂养12周后雌雄1︰1同笼交配,进行交叉繁殖(牛奶组和对照组交叉配对)实验,观察交配率、生育率,仔鼠活产率、性别比等指标。所有雌鼠待产仔完毕,仔鼠断奶后,乙醚麻醉处死小鼠,心脏取血,测定血清中的雌二醇,孕激素,同时取小鼠的子宫、卵巢、肾上腺等器官称重,并进行病理检查。结果雌鼠生殖器官未发现明显的增重或减重,其病理检查也未见明显异常,对雌鼠生育能力和仔鼠的观察未发现明显异常。结论本试验结果提示,牛奶对雌性ICR小鼠生殖系统无明显影响。
Objective To study the effects of milk on reproductive organs of female ICR mice. Methods Forty eight ICR mice were randomly divided into two groups, milk group and control group, with 24 mice in each group. Adapted to 1 week after the milk group to give 10ml of fresh milk, the control group did not give any treatment. Twelve weeks after feeding, male and female 1: 1 were mated with cages, and cross-breeding was conducted (cross-pairing between milk group and control group). The mating rate, fertility rate, live birth rate and sex ratio were observed. All females to be litter completed, pups after weaning, mice were killed by ether anesthesia, the heart blood, serum estradiol, progesterone, while taking the mouse uterus, ovary, adrenal and other organs were weighed, and Pathological examination. Results No significant weight gain or weight loss was found in the reproductive organs of female rats. No obvious abnormalities were observed in the pathological examination. No significant abnormalities were found in the fertility of the female rats and the pups. Conclusion The results of this study suggest that milk has no significant effect on the reproductive system of female ICR mice.
