一、前言“7701”缓蚀剂是一种苄基吡啶类的季铵盐。它在盐酸溶液中有相当好的缓蚀性能,适用于高温(150℃)浓盐酸(15~28%)酸洗,已被油田进行酸化压裂时所采用。本文主要研究“7701”缓蚀剂在硫酸中的缓蚀性能,并与硫脲、乌洛托品和A-170进行比较,进行了失重法和动电位扫描极化曲线的测试。根据在1N H_2SO_4中的实验数据,试图分析“7701”缓蚀剂对铁表面的吸附行为,并得到相应的吸附等温方程式。二、实验本实验所用的A-170为美国商品缓蚀
First, the preface “7701” corrosion inhibitor is a benzyl pyridine quaternary ammonium salt. It has a very good corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid solution. It is suitable for pickling with high temperature (150 ℃) concentrated hydrochloric acid (15-28%) and has been used in acid fracturing in oil fields. In this paper, the corrosion inhibition performance of “7701” corrosion inhibitor in sulfuric acid was studied and compared with that of thiourea, urotropine and A-170, and the polarization-polarization curves of weight loss and potentiodynamic polarization were measured. According to the experimental data in 1N H_2SO_4, the adsorption behavior of 7701 corrosion inhibitor on iron surface was analyzed and the corresponding adsorption isotherm equation was obtained.
