以增值环节为对象的产品内国际分工是20世纪80年代以来国际分工中出现的一个引人瞩目的新现象。这一分工样式拓宽了开放国家或地区的国际分工参与度,引发了各国产业体系的联动发展,并赋予产业结构升级以新的内涵和实现路径。本文通过对产品内国际分工如何影响开放经济体产业联动发展的机理分析,揭示了产品内国际分工条件下,后进国家产业升级的双重含义。并结合上海外向型经济中低端制造密集的特征,提出了提升上海产业发展水平的若干路径和对策
The international division of labor in products based on value-added links is a new and remarkable phenomenon that has emerged in the international division of labor since the 1980s. This pattern of division of labor has widened the participation of the international community in the opening up of countries and regions, triggered the coordinated development of the industrial systems in various countries and given new connotations and ways to upgrade the industrial structure. This article analyzes the mechanism of how the international division of labor in products affects the coordinated development of industries in open economies and reveals the dual meanings of the industrial upgrading in backward countries under the conditions of international division of labor in products. Combined with the characteristics of low-end manufacturing in Shanghai’s export-oriented economy, some ways and measures to enhance the industrial development in Shanghai are put forward
