冷藏车车体的热性能主要由车体隔热壁的传热性能和车体的气密性所决定,而车体热性能的好坏直接影响到食品运输的质量。因而,车体的热性能引起了人们极大的注意,并进行种种试验研究,以不断地改进设计和制造工艺。通常,根据在静止试验条件下所测得的传热系数K值,将车厢体分为两个等级: 1.普通隔热(K≤0.7w/m~2·K或0.60kcal/m~2h℃); 2.强化隔热(K≤0.4w/m~2·K或0.35kcal/m~2h℃)。
The thermal performance of a refrigerated truck body is mainly determined by the heat transfer performance of the vehicle body thermal insulation wall and the airtightness of the vehicle body. The thermal performance of a vehicle body directly affects the quality of food transport. Thus, the thermal properties of the body have aroused great attention, and a variety of experimental studies to continuously improve the design and manufacturing processes. Typically, the car body is divided into two grades based on the value of the heat transfer coefficient K measured under static test conditions: 1. General insulation (K≤0.7 w / m ~ 2 · K or 0.60 kcal / m ~ 2 h ℃); 2. Strengthen the insulation (K ≤ 0.4w / m ~ 2 · K or 0.35kcal / m ~ 2h ℃).
