由1Cr18Ni9Ti钢加工而成的某电机主发转子端环在验收时,因电机扫膛而发生断裂。采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜等对失效端环的断口宏观和微观形貌、显微组织及成分进行了分析,并结合模拟试验进行了验证。结果表明,断口为沿晶断裂,断裂是由电机端环与定子高速旋转摩擦而产生的高热及摩擦力所致,装配过程中端环与定子的间隙尺寸没有得到保证是导致端环失效的原因。
By the 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel processing made of a motor main rotor end ring in the acceptance, due to the motor sweep bore and fracture. The macroscopic and microscopic morphology, microstructure and composition of the fracture of the failed end ring were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope, and the results were verified by simulation experiments. The results show that the fracture is the intergranular fracture and the fracture is caused by the high heat and friction caused by high-speed rotating friction between the motor end ring and the stator. The gap size between the end ring and the stator during the assembly process is not guaranteed, which is the cause of the failure of the end ring .
