目的探讨大学生领悟社会支持与社交自尊之间的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取某高校477名大学生,采用领悟社会支持量表和德克萨斯社交行为问卷进行调查。结果 (1)不同性别、年级、生源地和是否独生子女大学生社交自尊差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);(2)不同性别、年级、文理科以及是否独生子女大学生领悟社会支持差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);(3)大学生领悟社会支持总分及各因子与社交自尊均呈显著正相关(P值均<0.01);(4)家庭外支持对大学生的社交自尊具有预测作用。结论领悟社会支持是大学生社交自尊的重要影响因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between college students ’perceived social support and social self-esteem, and to provide evidences for college students’ psychological health education. Methods A total of 477 college students from a certain university were randomly selected and surveyed using the Perceived Social Support Scale and the Texas Social Behavior Questionnaire. Results (1) There were significant differences in social self-esteem between different sexes, grades, birth places and singleton college students (P <0.01); (2) The social support was perceived by different gender, grade, liberal arts and college students (P <0.01); (3) College students perceived total score of social support and each factor had significant positive correlation with social self-esteem (P <0.01); (4) Out-of- Social self-esteem has a predictive effect. Conclusion Comprehension of social support is an important influencing factor of college students’ social self-esteem.
