利用染色体常规压片方法,对毛百合、有斑百合及其3个杂种后代进行了核型分析。结果表明:毛百合、有斑百合和3个杂种染色体均为2n=2x=24。毛百合核型公式为2n=6m(2SAT)+4sm(2SAT)+14st,有斑百合核型公式为2n=2m+8sm+12st+2t,杂种F1-1核型公式为2n=4m+2sm+18st,F1-2核型公式为2n=2m+8sm(2SAT)+14st,F1-3核型公式为2n=2m+8sm+14st。F1-1、F1-2和母本的核型类型都是3B型,而F1-3与父本的核型类型都是3A型。在染色体长度比、平均臂比及不对称系数等指标上,杂种大部分都趋于父母本的中间值。杂种染色体形态具有父母本双亲的特点,可以鉴定为真杂种。
Karyotype analysis was performed on common lily, spotted lily and their three hybrid offspring by using the conventional chromosome pressing method. The results showed that 2n = 2x = 24 chromosomes of lily, spotted lily and three hybrids. The karyotype formula of lily lily is 2n = 6m (2SAT) + 4sm (2SAT) + 14st. The karyotype of lily lily is 2n = 2m + 8sm + 12st + 2t and the karyotype of hybrid F1-1 is 2n = 4m + 2sm + 18st, the F1-2 karyotype formula is 2n = 2m + 8sm (2SAT) + 14st, and the F1-3 karyotype formula is 2n = 2m + 8sm + 14st. The karyotypes of F1-1, F1-2 and maternal were type 3B, while the karyotypes of F1-3 and paternal type were type 3A. In the chromosome length ratio, average arm ratio and asymmetry coefficient and other indicators, most of the hybrids tend to parent the median. Hybrid chromosome morphology has the characteristics of parents of the parents can be identified as true hybrids.
