目的:介绍解剖性后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的阶梯式手术培训模式,比较该模式和传统教学模式的教学效果。方法:回顾性分析接受阶梯式手术培训模式培训的12名学员(教学组)以及同期接受传统教学模式培训的12名学员(对照组)的资料,对两组学员首例手术资料、手术培训时间、手术培训例数、学员评分、导师评分等进行比较。结果:两组学员首例手术切除肿瘤的位置、大小、内分泌功能以及首例手术出血量无显著差异。教学组的手术培训时间为(5.39±0.65)月,显著短于对照组的(7.02±0.53)月;教学组手术培训例数为(5.17±1.12)例,显著少于对照组的(6.42±1.17)例;教学组首例手术时间为(81.67±9.45)min,显著短于对照组的(103.50±17.03)min。教学组的学员、导师评分为(8.08±1.00)和(7.67±0.89)分,均显著高于对照组的(6.83±0.94)和(6.75±0.87)分。结论:阶梯式手术培训模式安全、有效、可行,教学效果优于传统教学模式,适合在其他培训中心普遍推广。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the anatomic trabeculectomy training mode of laparoscopic adrenalectomy and to compare the teaching effect of this mode and the traditional teaching mode. Methods: The data of 12 trainees (teaching group) and 12 trainees (control group) receiving trainee training in the same period were retrospectively analyzed. The first operation data, operation training time , The number of surgical training, trainee rating, mentor rating and so on. Results: There was no significant difference in the location, size, endocrine function and the amount of bleeding in the first operation between the two groups. The training time of the teaching group was (5.39 ± 0.65) months, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (7.02 ± 0.53) months. The number of training cases in the teaching group was (5.17 ± 1.12) cases, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (6.42 ± 1.17). The first operation time of the teaching group was (81.67 ± 9.45) min, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (103.50 ± 17.03) min. The score of the instructors in the teaching group was (8.08 ± 1.00) and (7.67 ± 0.89) points, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (6.83 ± 0.94) and (6.75 ± 0.87) points respectively. Conclusion: The ladder operation training model is safe, effective and feasible. The teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching mode and is suitable for general promotion in other training centers.
