河南唐白河灌区,系南水北调中线供水区的三大灌区之一。中线调水实施后,可为该灌区农业的进一步发展提供可靠的水源保证;同时也可为南阳盆地作为我国水稻商品粮基地创造良好的水利条件。灌区作物的合理种植结构和布局,是水量科学调配的重要依据。本文根据南阳鸭河口灌区的实测资料,参照我国农业发展规划以及中线初期供水条件,运用线性规划方法,对该灌区的作物结构进行了优化分析,提出了作物最优种植结构,计算了相应的经济效益与效益增值,从而为制定该灌区农业发规划提供了决策参考意见。
Tangbaihe Irrigation District of Henan Province, the Department of the South-to-North Water Diversion Center, one of the three major irrigation areas. After the implementation of midline water diversion, it can provide a reliable water source guarantee for the further development of agriculture in the irrigated area; meanwhile, it can also create favorable water conditions for Nanyang Basin as China’s rice commodity grain base. Irrigation crops reasonable planting structure and layout is an important basis for scientific deployment of water. According to the measured data of Yalu River Irrigation Area in Nanyang, referring to the agricultural development planning of our country and the initial water supply conditions of the midline, the paper optimized the crop structure of the Irrigation District using the linear programming method and put forward the crop optimal planting structure and calculated the corresponding economy Benefit and benefit added value, which provided the decision-making reference for formulating agricultural irrigation planning in this irrigation area.
