为探究折角应力变化规律,基于非线性有限元法,使用实体单元模拟管道与土壤,接触单元模拟管土相互作用,建立实际工况下折角的数值计算模型。计算并比较不同管径、壁厚、折角角度、压力等级等参数下折角的Mises应力值,得到不同参数下折角峰值应力的变化规律。分析结果表明,与实验及梁-土弹簧模型相比,管土接触模型能够较好地模拟折角的破坏。为扩大折角在供热工程中的应用范围,可通过限制折角角度、增加局部壁厚、改进回填土比例、提高土壤压实度等方式保护折角。
In order to explore the variation law of crevice stress, based on the nonlinear finite element method, the solid element is used to simulate the pipe and soil, the contact element simulates the soil-soil interaction, and the numerical calculation model of the crease angle under the actual condition is established. Calculate and compare the Mises stress values of the different angle, the different thickness, the angle, the pressure level and so on, and get the change law of the peak stress under the different parameters. The analysis results show that compared with the experiment and the beam-soil spring model, the soil-soil contact model can better simulate the failure of the fold angle. In order to expand the application area of the corner in the heating project, the corner protection can be protected by limiting the angle of the corner, increasing the partial wall thickness, improving the proportion of the backfill, and improving the compaction degree of the soil.
