《水力发电学报》1992年第2期刊登了何运林的“钢闸门不等翼缘钢梁的最优梁高”一文,以下简称“何文”。笔者读后,认为有不妥处,现从文献介绍、理论分析和公式对比等角度同“何文”商榷。一、国内文献介绍问题在《水力发电学报》和《水运工程》等国内期刊上均有介绍不等翼缘组合工字梁(闸门主梁)经济梁高或优化问题研究成果的文献发表,其中属于不等翼缘的闸门最优梁高公式和主梁截面优化公式已经纳入1989年出版的高校教材《水工金属结构》一书的第三章和第九章。这怎么能说国内文献介绍的都属于等翼缘组合工字钢梁呢,怎

How can we say that all the domestic literature describes the combination of I-flange beams and so on?
