重组人脑利钠肽(Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide,rh BNP)是一种人工合成的内源性激素,具有排钠利尿、扩张血管、降低心脏前后负荷、抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统和交感神经系统等作用。临床上,rh BNP已经成为心力衰竭的一线治疗药物,国内外的多个临床研究也指出因其药理特性,rh BNP也适用于神经内分泌过度激活的心脏外科手术,对心脏、肾脏及肺等重要脏器发挥保护作用。
