采用八种不同成分和原始状态的钢材进行液体渗硼,研究了Fe_2B渗层的组织结构特征。结果证实:单相 Fe_2B渗层组织结构特征与钢材的化学组成和原始状态无关,完全是由Fe_2B 的晶体学特征和 Fe_2B晶柱的生长机制所决定。成功地验证了作者曾提出的硼原子“扩散通道”模型是合理的。讨论了Fe_2B渗层的形成过程和Fe_2B晶柱的堆垛生长机制,进一步阐述了Fe_2B渗层组织结构特征的成因。
Eight different compositions and raw steel were used to infiltrate the liquid. The microstructure of Fe 2 B layer was studied. The results confirm that the structure of single-phase Fe 2 B layer has nothing to do with the chemical composition and original state of the steel, and is completely determined by the crystallographic features of Fe 2 B and the growth mechanism of Fe 2 B. It is reasonable to successfully verify the model of “diffusion channel” of boron atom that the author has proposed. The forming process of Fe 2 B layer and the stacking growth mechanism of Fe 2 B crystal were discussed, and the cause of formation of Fe 2 B layer structure was further elaborated.
