低技术产业的大比例存在和创新网络规范化程度较低从产业系统差异和网络进化两方面,导致以发达地区高技术产业为对象的传统研究结论难以在创新后进地区推广。分析了上述因素在强弱关联对创新绩效影响中的作用,利用2006—2009年河南省部分企业技术中心样本构建面板计数模型,得出结论:创新后进地区强弱关联的直接影响符合传统研究结论,即产业技术含量越高,强关联的直接影响越显著;但其间接影响截然相反,即产业技术含量越高,弱关联的间接影响越显著。同时实证还表明,金融危机使强弱关联对不同产业技术特征的作用机制发生改变。

At the same time, empirical studies also show that the financial crisis has changed the mechanism of the association between the strength and the weakness and the technical characteristics of different industries.
