本文分析了亚洲栽培稻七个生态型62个品种的酯酶同工酶,统计了各品种的酶带数、Rf累积值,测定了各生态型内的酶带数、Rf累积值的变异系数和平均相似性指数,比较了各生态型间的亲缘关系。结果表明:各生态型间已存在不同的酶谱分化。其中,以Gundil生态型变化最大(酶带数C.V为13.58%,Rf累积值C.V为14.76%),Boro、Aus生态型其次(酶带数C.V为7.4%,7.89%,Rf累积值C.V为15.61%,16.59%);Upland生态型变化最小(酶带数C.V为0,Rf累积值C.V为3.56%)Tjere、Aman、Bulu三个生态型的变化均接近Upland(酶带数CV分别为5%、4.9%、4.31%,Rf累积值C.V分别为5.57%、4.65%、5.07%)。由于生态型的酶谱间普遍存在差异,因此,没有发现能代表地理生态群或生态型的特定酶谱。根据生态型间平均酶带数和Rf累积值相似性的测定,七个生态型的亲缘关系相似性可分为三群:1.Aus、Boro;2.Gundil;3.Tjere、Aman、Bulu、Upland。Aus和Boro的酶谱表现较为相似,平均酶带数和Rf累积值相似性指数经t测定均没有表现出显著性差异。Tjere、Aman、Bulu、Upland的情况亦如此。Gundil虽然与前二个群的平均酶带数或平均Rf累积值有一定的相似性。但是,综合二者加以考虑,可划为独立的一群。
In this paper, we analyzed the esterase isozymes of 62 cultivars from seven ecotypes of cultivated rice in Asia. The enzyme bands and Rf values were calculated. The coefficients of variation And the average similarity index, compared the relationship between the various ecotypes. The results showed that there existed different zymogram differentiation among different ecotypes. Among them, the ecological type of Gundil was the largest (CV 13.58% and Rf CV 14.76%), followed by Boro and Aus ecotypes (CVs 7.4%, 7.89%, CV 15.61 %, 16.59%). The changes of Upland’s ecotypes were the smallest (the number of enzyme bands CV was 0 and the cumulative value of Rf CV was 3.56%) The changes of Tjere, Aman and Bulu ecotypes were all close to Upland , 4.9% and 4.31% respectively, and the cumulative Rf CVs were 5.57%, 4.65% and 5.07%, respectively). Due to the widespread differences in the zymogram of ecotypes, no specific zymogram that can represent a geographical ecotype or an ecotype has not been found. According to the determination of the average number of bands between the ecotypes and the similarity of the accumulated Rf values, the seven ecotypes can be divided into three groups: 1.Aus, Boro; 2.Gundil; 3.Tjere, Aman, Bulu, Upland. The zymograms of Aus and Boro were similar. The average number of bands and Rf cumulative index did not show any significant difference by t assay. The same is true for Tjere, Aman, Bulu and Upland. Although Gundil has some similarity with the average number of enzyme bands or the average Rf accumulation value of the first two groups. However, considering both can be classified as an independent group.
