反水雷技术中非接触式声扫雷需要设计宽频带的声源。声源的设计需要采集声源系统中膜板的振动数据,以便分析设计的声源是否达到指标要求。选用IL-030型Keyence激光位移传感器测试振动位移,阿尔泰USB2811数据采集卡采集振动位移数据,设计和实现了数据采集系统。系统中需要实时采集和显示振动数据,使用线程同步和DirectX绘图技术,达到设计要求。该声源采集系统安装简单、使用方便,采集到的数据能够满足后续分析的要求,具有采集频率高、精度高的特点。
Non-contact acoustic mines in anti-mine technology require the design of wide-band sources. Sound source design needs to collect vibration data of the diaphragm in the sound source system in order to analyze whether the designed sound source meets the index requirements. Select IL-030 Keyence laser displacement sensor to test the vibration displacement, Altay USB2811 data acquisition card vibration displacement data acquisition, design and implementation of the data acquisition system. System need real-time acquisition and display of vibration data, using thread synchronization and DirectX graphics technology to meet the design requirements. The sound source acquisition system is simple to install and easy to use. The collected data can meet the requirements of subsequent analysis and has the advantages of high acquisition frequency and high precision.
