目的 探索血管同步计划 (SVIP)技术在螺旋 CT血管造影 (SCTA)扫描中的先进作用 .方法 进行 SCTA的患者 2 0例 ,在扫描前使用 SVIP技术 ,模拟时间密度曲线 ,分析出最佳延迟扫描时间 ,再行 SCTA扫描 .结果 得到各部位血管最佳延迟扫描时间 ,分别为 :头部 12~ 15 s,颈部 8~10 s,胸部 18~ 2 2 s,腹部 2 2~ 2 5 s,胸腹联合 2 0~ 2 5 s,据此时间进行的扫描 ,所得 SCTA图像效果 2 0例满意 .结论 SVIP技术能准确提供最佳延迟扫描时间 ,确保造影剂在不同部位充盈达到最高峰而获得最佳 SCTA图像 .
Objective To explore the advanced role of SVIP in spiral CT angiography (SCTA) .Methods Twenty patients with SCTA were enrolled in this study. The SVIP technique was used to simulate the time-density curve before scanning and the best delayed scan Time, and then scan SCTA.Results The best delay scanning time of blood vessels in each part were obtained: head 12 to 15 s, neck 8 to 10 s, chest 18 to 22 s, abdominal area 22 to 25 s, Thoracoabdominal combined 20 ~ 25 s, according to the time of the scan, the results obtained 20 cases of SCTA image satisfaction.Conclusion SVIP technology can accurately provide the best delay scan time, to ensure that the contrast agent filled in different parts of the highest peak obtained Best SCTA image.
