布鲁菌病又称马耳他热,是由布鲁杆菌引起的人畜共患的传染变态反应性疾病~([1]),脊椎多受累,在临床和影像学方面与脊柱结核有许多相似的表现,很容易引起误诊。现将我院收治的1例布鲁菌病患者的诊治过程报道如下。1临床资料患者女,58岁,汉族。因“左侧臀部疼痛及发热21 d”于2016-06-21入院;患者21 d前无明显诱因感觉左侧臀部疼痛,行走后加重,休息后减轻,发热前伴寒战,最高体温38.5℃,晚间9时左右体 Brucella, also known as Maltese fever, is a zoonotic infectious allergic disease caused by Brucella (1).
