采用微波消解法处理马齿苋、苋菜和苦菜样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定其中K、Na、Ca、Mg、P、Sr、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Co、Cr、Al、Ba、Ni和Cd 16种常量和微量元素的含量。16种元素的检出限为0.00003~0.00917μg/ml,回收率90.00%~107.85%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.0%。结果显示,马齿苋、苋菜和苦菜中除含有人体必需的常量元素K、Na、Mg、Ca外,还含有Fe、Zn、Mn、Cr、Co等必需的微量元素和其它元素P、Ni、Ba、Al、Sr、Cd、Ba等。
The samples of purslane, amaranth and bitter plant were treated by microwave digestion, and the contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, P, Sr, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Co and P were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP- Cr, Al, Ba, Ni and Cd 16 kinds of constants and trace elements content. The detection limits of the 16 elements ranged from 0.00003 to 0.00917 μg / ml and the recoveries ranged from 90.00% to 107.85% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 5.0%. The results showed that purslane, amaranth and bitter must contain essential trace elements such as Fe, Zn, Mn, Cr, Co and other elements P, Ni besides K, Na, Mg and Ca, , Ba, Al, Sr, Cd, Ba and the like.
