目的:观察糖胶树叶作为临床口服用药的安全性。方法:以死亡率和肝脏、肾脏的病理变化作为评价指标,依据小鼠不同生长阶段的实际体质量设定投药的剂量,开展糖胶树叶水提取液的急性毒性、中剂量毒性和低剂量毒性研究。结果:糖胶树叶水提取液对小鼠的LD50为每5.514g/(kg·d);按每1kg体质量3.0g,连续喂服21d可能导致死亡;按每1kg体质量0.9g连续喂42d或1.1g连续喂28d,可导致肝、肾明显的变性坏死,即肝、肾毒性。结论:糖胶树叶水提取液具有一定的毒性,低剂量长时间服用可致肝、肾变性坏死。
Objective: To observe the safety of gum tree leaves as a clinical oral medication. Methods: The mortality and the pathological changes of liver and kidney were taken as the evaluation indexes. According to the actual body mass of mice in different growth stages, the dosage of dosing was set. The acute toxicity, moderate dose toxicity and low dose toxicity the study.
