康德道德哲学中“意志的规定根据问题”一直是道德哲学讨论的重要课题。黑格尔、胡塞尔、舍勒对康德道德哲学的批评虽然有其合理性,但这些批评是否一定在康德道德哲学中无法得到合理的回应,是一个有待回答的问题。结合康德的文本对他们批判的回应,意志的规定根据问题能得到更深入的理解。另一方面,胡塞尔和舍勒提出的价值秩序及其法则也仍然处于不完备状态之中。与康德提出的价值法则相对照,也许康德的观点对一门现象学的价值哲学也会有所提示。从某种意义上讲,他们对康德的批判也许能够促成对康德的道德原则的形式部分和质料部分的重新思考,以便更新为一门更为严格的伦理学。
In Kant’s moral philosophy, “the stipulation of the will according to the question” has always been an important topic in the discussion of moral philosophy. Although criticisms of Kant’s moral philosophy by Hegel, Husserl and Scheler, although justified, are all these criticisms necessarily rejected by Kant’s moral philosophy as a question to be answered. In accordance with Kant’s critique of their response to the text, the will of the provisions according to the problem can be more in-depth understanding. On the other hand, the order of values and its laws proposed by Husserl and Scheler are still in an imperfect state. In contrast to the law of value proposed by Kant, perhaps Kant’s point of view would also suggest to a phenomenological value philosophy. In a sense, their critique of Kant may be able to reconsider the formal and material aspects of Kant’s moral principles in order to be updated to a more rigorous ethics.
