本文运用症状自评量表(SCL90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ,成人表)对珠海特区206名商场女售货员的精神卫生状况进行了分析。商场女售货员的精神卫生存在一定问题,强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等因子分均显著高于国内常模(P<005),但不同工龄售货员间SCL90各因子分均无显著性差异(P>005);同时商场女售货员的E分显著高于国内常模(P<005),而N、P分又显著降低(P<005),商场女售货员的性格表现为外向中间稳定型。针对女售货员心理卫生问题应合理安排作息制度,普及心理卫生知识,使此行业向更健康的方向发展,更好地服务于社会
