The Technical Committee for the Standardization of Hot Working Machinery and Product Processing Equipment of the Ministry of Agriculture held the “General Technical Conditions for Natural Rubber Primary Processing Machinery” and the beginning of natural rubber at the No.1 Machinery Plant of Zhanjiang Nongken, Guangdong Province from June 30 to July 1, 1999. “Standards for Quality of Processing Machinery Products” and “Standards for Quality Assortment of Sisal Processing Machinery Products” were approved by the three hot working machinery industry standards. The meeting was attended by the Ministry of Agriculture.
