针对高频X线发生器中高压和灯丝逆变器设计的实际需要 ,提出了一种基于脉冲调频 (PFM )推挽衰减振荡波形的有效值的示波器测量法。文章简要描述了波形的产生原理 ,建立了其数学模型并对有效值的数学表达式进行了详细的理论分析 ,得到了可用示波器测量的有效值计算公式 ,最后用光电等效法对公式进行了实验验证。与其它方法 (仪器、仪表或专用电路 )相比 ,它简单、实用、精确、有效和节省费用。它可供电力电子变换器和X线发生器设计者借鉴。
According to the actual needs of high voltage and filament inverter design of high frequency X-ray generator, an oscilloscope measuring method based on effective value of PFM push-pull attenuated oscillation waveform is proposed. The article briefly describes the principle of waveform generation, establishes its mathematical model and analyzes the mathematical expression of effective value in detail, obtains the effective value calculation formula which can be measured by oscilloscope, and finally uses the photoelectric equivalent method to carry on the experiment to the formula verification. It is simple, practical, precise, efficient and cost-effective compared to other methods (instrumentation, instrumentation, or application-specific circuitry). It is available for power electronic converters and X-ray generator designers.
