Psychology is the science that studies psychological processes and individual psychological characteristics. A considerable part of the hospital management is the work of a person. It is a process of changing or adjusting a person’s mental state, building an ideal psychological model, and a psychological environment. Grasping the needs, motivation and behavior characteristics of tunnel personnel is of great significance for the development of medical personnel human resources, the scientific selection of leadership methods, and the establishment of a united and cooperative hospital group. This article discusses several points of view on improving the psychological compatibility principle of hospital management effectiveness in order to arouse reflections. A psychological compatibility refers to a conscious mental state in which all members of a system work together to achieve collective goals and work together to form a unified body and individual goals. The hospital leader has every medical staff member
