目的:为了提高抢救喉气管伤治疗水平,减少严重后遗症。方法:通过回顾我科临床上抢救喉气管伤50例病人,找出其成功的经验与教训。结果:总结出一套为成功抢救喉气管伤所必须遵循的急诊处理原则及注意事项。结论:只要遵循上述治疗原则,喉气管伤严重后遗症是完全可以避免的。
Objective: In order to improve the treatment of laryngotracheal injury, reduce serious sequelae. Methods: To review 50 cases of laryngotracheal trauma in our department and find out the successful experiences and lessons. Results: Summarized a set of emergency treatment principles and precautions that must be followed in order to successfully rescue laryngeal tracheal injury. CONCLUSIONS: Serious sequelae of laryngotracheal trauma are completely avoided as long as the above principles of treatment are followed.
