目的:髋关节结核采用骨外固定术治疗效果的探讨。方法:收集6例骸关节结核患者,其中有4例男患者,2例女患者,年龄在22-47岁之间,病程在1一22年之间,有1例患者并发窦道,有2例患者并发肺结核。手术清除病灶后安装跨关节骨外固定器。结果:患者手术切口愈合良好,术后1-1.5个月可扶拐下地进行活动。关节骨融合达到预期效果的有5例,关节纤维愈合和误伤股外侧皮神经的有1例患者;平均拆除骨外固定器时间为3个月;1例患者下肢不等长。结论:骨外固定器的优化设计能够实现髋关节融合所需的稳定性与适宜刚度。便于观察术后切口情况,能够调整至所需角度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of external fixation of hip joint tuberculosis. Methods: Six patients with tuberculosis of the skeleton were collected, including 4 male patients and 2 female patients, aged 22-47 years. The course of disease ranged from 1 to 22 years. There was 1 patient complicated with sinus and 2 Cases of patients complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis. Surgical removal of the lesion after the installation of cross-bone external fixators. Results: The incision of the patient healed well. After 1-1.5 months of operation, the incision could be carried out. There were 5 patients who had the expected effect of joint fusion and 1 patient had healed and injured the lateral cutaneous nerve of the femoral joint. The average time for removing the external fixator was 3 months. One patient had unequal length of the lower extremity. Conclusion: The optimal design of external fixator can achieve the stability and appropriate stiffness of hip joint fusion. Easy to observe the incision after surgery, can be adjusted to the desired angle.
