矿山井巷掘进中,掏槽爆破效率直接影响掘进进尺。我矿是采用火雷管起爆的矿山,在井巷掘进中经常出现掏槽“挤死”、炮眼利用率低的现象,尤其在围岩中(f=14~16)掘进更为严重。掏槽眼用火雷管起爆,各眼起爆的时间间隔长,后一眼爆破时就把岩碴以很高的速度崩落在前一眼的空间,造成“挤死”,使爆落的岩碴抛不出来,炮眼愈深问题愈严重。实践表明,掏槽部位的岩石被崩成粉状,已不是原来的岩石结构,并相互挤压的
