小儿由于呼吸系统发育尚不健全,防卫机能未臻完善,呼吸道感染发病率极高。反复呼吸道感染在临床上十分多见,但尚缺乏满意的治疗。造成反复呼吸道感染的原因很多。随着临床免疫学的进展,反复呼吸道感染作为免疫缺陷病的特征已逐渐为人们所重视。关于反复呼吸道感染与机体免疫状态的关系,文献中曾有一些报导,但结果并不完全一致。为此我们测定了60例临床上反复呼吸道感染病史的小儿血清IgG和IgA值,并同时检测41例年龄分布相仿的正常儿者作对照。现将初步结果报告于后。
Pediatric respiratory system development is not perfect, the defense function is not perfect, the high incidence of respiratory infections. Repeated respiratory infections are clinically very common, but the lack of satisfactory treatment. Cause repeated respiratory infections for many reasons. With the progress of clinical immunology, repeated respiratory tract infection as a feature of immunodeficiency disease has gradually attracted people’s attention. On the relationship between recurrent respiratory infections and the immune status of the body, there have been some reports in the literature, but the results are not exactly the same. To this end, we measured the serum IgG and IgA levels in 60 children with clinical history of recurrent respiratory tract infections and detected 41 normal children with similar age distribution as control. The preliminary results will now be reported later.
