目的:研究槲芪散对肝癌前病变大鼠肝脏血流的影响,探讨槲芪散干预肝癌前病变的机制。方法:依据Solt-Farber程序建立肝癌前病变动物模型,应用高分辨率超声影像系统检测大鼠肝脏门静脉、肝静脉内径及血流速度;利用酶组织化学染色的方法检测大鼠肝脏组织能量代谢相关酶G-6-Pase葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、SDH琥珀酸脱氢酶、ATPase三磷酸腺苷酶的活性。结果:肝癌前病变大鼠的门静脉内径及门静脉血流速度增加、肝静脉内径及肝静脉血流速度减少。经槲芪散干预的肝癌前病变大鼠的门静脉内径及门静脉血流速度减少、肝静脉内径及肝静脉血流增加。肝癌前病变大鼠能量代谢相关酶G-6-Pase葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、SDH琥珀酸脱氢酶、ATPase三磷酸腺苷酶的活性发生变化,槲芪散对此变化有干预作用。结论:槲芪散可以减轻肝癌前病变大鼠肝脏的瘀血状态,促进肝脏糖异生及有氧氧化,改善肝脏能量代谢。
Objective: To study the effect of Qiguqi Powder on hepatic blood flow in rats with precancerous lesions of the liver and to explore the mechanism of Qianqizao intervention on precancerous lesions of liver cancer. Methods: According to the Solt-Farber program, we established a precancerous animal model of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by using high resolution ultrasound imaging system to detect the hepatic portal vein and hepatic vein diameter and blood flow velocity. Enzyme histochemical staining was used to detect the energy metabolism of liver tissue Activity of enzyme G-6-Pase glucose-6-phosphatase, SDH succinate dehydrogenase, ATPase adenosine triphosphatase. Results: The diameter of portal vein and the velocity of portal vein were increased in rats with premalignant liver lesion, and the diameter of hepatic vein and the velocity of hepatic vein blood flow decreased. The hepatic precancerous lesion rats treated with Qu Qiqi Powder decreased the diameter of portal vein and portal vein, the diameter of hepatic vein and the increase of hepatic vein blood flow. The activity of G-6-Pase glucose-6-phosphatase, SDH succinate dehydrogenase, ATPase ATPase in rats with precancerous lesions of hepatic precancerous lesions changed, and Qu Qiqi San interfered with this change. Conclusion: QIQG can relieve hepatic stasis, promote gluconeogenesis and aerobic oxidation of liver, and improve liver energy metabolism.
