为探讨胰岛素样生长因子系统 (IGFs)在体外培养的人早孕蜕膜基质细胞中的基因表达及其作用 ,采用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)技术半定量检测体外培养的人早孕蜕膜基质细胞中 IGFs m RNA表达水平。结果显示 ,体外培养的人早孕蜕膜基质细胞中可以检测出胰岛素样生长因子 - II(IGF- II) m RNA、胰岛素样生长因子 - I受体 (IGF- IR) m RNA、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 - 3(IGFBP- 3) m RNA表达 ,其中 IGF- II m RNA、IGF-IR m RNA表达为强阳性 ,IGFBP- 3m RNA表达较弱。因此认为 ,IGFs可能在早期妊娠蜕膜和绒毛滋养层发育分化、胎盘形成和胚胎生长发育过程中以自分泌和 (或 )旁分泌方式发挥重要的调节作用。
