关于学习与记忆 半个世纪以来,生理学家们对学习和记忆生理的研究有很大的进展,学习和记忆的发生机制也是十分复杂的。 从生理学的角度看,学习“是个体通过与环境的接触来改变自己的行为”的过程。是将有关信息通过感觉器官向脑中输入和在脑中加工的过程。记忆是把学习获得的信息在脑中贮存的过程。而回忆则是将贮存的信息向外提取的过程。从脑工作的生理学角度看,学习就包含着记忆,没有记忆,学习就失去了意义。
