我国市场经济体系逐步完善,使不同领域之间的竞争愈加激烈,企业只有不断提高企业的核心竞争力,加强人才队伍的建设,才能占据更多的市场份额。对于供电企业来说,提高人力资源管理水平,组建人才队伍,必须通过培训的方式实现。文章以当前供电企业现场培训的特点与目的为切入点,给出实现培训方法创新与实践的方法。
China’s market economy system has been gradually improved so that the competition among different fields becomes more and more intense. Enterprises can occupy more market shares only if they continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and strengthen the building of qualified personnel. For power supply enterprises, to improve the level of human resources management, set up a contingent of qualified personnel must be achieved through training. The article takes the current characteristics and purpose of on-site training of power supply enterprises as an entry point, and gives the methods to realize the innovation and practice of training methods.
