The concept of rhythm was first proposed by the German doctor Fries at the beginning of this century. In the 1940s, Swede Hans Flaun plotted for the first time the clock curves of drivers and firemen in train collisions, noting that the clock curves of drivers and firemen were at critical or ebb tide in such accidents. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, scientists in Japan, the Soviet Union and other countries were increasingly interested in the study of the biological clock. Scientists have found that there are more than 100 types of circadian clocks in humans, of which the most important are the circadian clock (emotional rhythm) that restricts human emotions, the biological clock (physical rhythm) that restricts people’s physical strength, and the circadian clock (intellectual rhythm) that restricts people’s intelligence. Research on the rhythm of life is gaining more and more development.
