作者报道了从各型胃病患者胃粘膜中分离的112株幽门螺杆菌，用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS－PAGE）及Westernblots分析，可将HP菌分为Ⅰ-Ⅳ型，而其中Ⅳ型又分为Ⅳ-1至Ⅳ-5五个亚型；不同HP间存在明显的蛋白抗原差异和LPS／LOS的表达差异；为今后开展HP疫苗研究提供了重要线索。
The authors report 112 Helicobacter pylori isolates from the gastric mucosa of various types of gastric patients, which were classified into type I-IV by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Western blot analysis, of which Type IV There are five subtypes Ⅳ-1 to Ⅳ-5. There are obvious differences of protein antigen and LPS / LOS between different HP, which provide important clues for HP vaccine research in the future.
