目的:了解邹城市中小学生龋齿及牙周病患病情况,为制定和开展口腔疾病防治工作提供依据。方法:采用世界卫生组织1997年制定的口腔健康检查表,调查方法和诊断标准、诊断程序均采用世界卫生组织口腔健康调查基本方法,选取12、15、18岁3个年龄组在校学生3 080人进行调查。结果:邹城市12、15、18岁男女生龋病患病率分别为男生组:42.5%,45.0%,47.9%;女生组:53.1%,48.4%,50.5%。牙龈炎、牙结石、早期牙周炎检出率男生组为:76.91%,69.31%,0.98%;女生组为:75.83%,69.36%,0.75%。每天刷牙、使用含氟牙膏、习惯吃零食、常喝碳酸饮料,患龋组为:50.8%,30.3%,90.1%,76.5%;无龋组为:86.8%,53.5%,53.3%,56.3%。结论:本次调查的邹城市中小学生患龋率为45.1%,属适中水平,女生组患龋率高于男生组可能与女生喜食零食、甜食,不注意口腔保健以及恒磨牙萌出较早有关。学校、家长及学生应做到早期检查、早期预防、早期治疗,并对学生加强健康教育,培养学生养成良好的口腔卫生习惯。
Objective: To understand the prevalence of dental caries and periodontal diseases among primary and secondary school students in Zoucheng City, and to provide evidence for the development and implementation of oral disease prevention and control. Methods: The oral health checklist, survey methods and diagnostic criteria developed by the World Health Organization in 1997 were adopted. The diagnostic procedures adopted the basic method of World Health Organization Oral Health Survey, and selected 3,080 students People investigate. Results: The prevalence of dental caries in boys and girls aged 12, 15 and 18 in Zoucheng were 42.5%, 45.0% and 47.9% respectively. The female students were 53.1%, 48.4% and 50.5% respectively. Gingivitis, dental calculus and early periodontitis were detected in 76.91%, 69.31%, and 0.98% boys, 75.83%, 69.36% and 0.75% girls respectively. Brushing teeth every day, using fluoride toothpaste, used to eat snacks, often drink carbonated drinks, caries-bearing group was 50.8%, 30.3%, 90.1%, 76.5%; caries-free group was 86.8%, 53.5%, 53.3%, 56.3% . Conclusion: The caries prevalence of primary and secondary school students in Zoucheng was 45.1% in this survey, which was moderate. The prevalence of dental caries in girls was higher than that of boys, which may be related to the girls eating snacks, sweets, oral hygiene and the eruption of permanent molars . Schools, parents and students should be early detection, early prevention, early treatment, and strengthen health education for students, develop students to develop good oral health habits.
