在我国寒冷地区进行旧房墙体节能改造是必要的和可行的。本文采用了一种湿作业方法进行旧房墙体节能改造。该法采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板为保温材料,以特制的金属固定件与原建筑墙体联结,以专门配制的砂浆材料喷射或抹灰,在保温层表面形成覆盖层从而构成混凝土-苯板复合墙体。文中还提出了相应的复合墙体构造,给出了节点处理详图并在一个试点工程中检验了方案的可行性。经过在足尺构件静态热工试验台上进行的测试表明,在寒冷地区传统490mm红砖墙体上采用该复合墙体进行节能改造,墙体节能达64.6%。
It is necessary and feasible to carry out energy-saving retrofitting of old house walls in cold regions of China. This article uses a wet operation method to carry out energy-saving renovation of the old room wall. The method adopts polystyrene foam board as insulation material, uses special metal fixing parts to connect with the original building wall body, and sprays or plasters specially formulated mortar materials to form a covering layer on the surface of the insulating layer to form a composite concrete-benzene board composite.
