针对现有燃烧驱动氟化氘(DF)化学激光器测控系统体积庞大、接线复杂等诸多不足,在分析化学激光器测控系统基本功能需求和运行特点的基础上,以PIC单片机为硬件核心,研制出一套采用电池组供电、测控指令与数据可无线射频或485总线传输、可由PC终端和安卓手持终端两种上位机控制的嵌入式智能测控系统。该系统具有采集流场参数数据、控制气体燃料供给时序、闭环调控燃料流量等功能。功能板测试实验结果表明,该系统可完全嵌入激光器系统中,具有体积小、接线少、重量轻、扩展性好、抗干扰能力强、数据安全性好等优点,应用前景良好,同时为化学激光器测控系统的紧凑化设计奠定了坚实的基础。
Aiming at the defects of bulky and complicated wiring of the measurement and control system of combustion driven Fluoride Deuteride (DF) chemical laser, based on the analysis of the basic functional requirements and operational characteristics of the chemical laser measurement and control system, the PIC microcontroller is developed as a hardware core Set of battery pack power supply, measurement and control instructions and data can be radio frequency or 485 bus transmission, by the PC terminal and Android handheld terminal two kinds of host computer-controlled embedded intelligent measurement and control system. The system has the functions of collecting flow field parameter data, controlling the timing of gas fuel supply, regulating the flow of fuel in the closed loop, and other functions. The experimental results of the function board test show that the system can be fully embedded in the laser system. The system has the advantages of small size, less wiring, light weight, good scalability, strong anti-interference ability and good data security.
