近年来,新型的化学除草剂——镇草宁引起人们的普遍重视。很多单位试验研究证明,它具有杀草谱广,杀伤力强,药效期长,毒性小的特点。因此在林业生产上是很值得推广应用的一种化学除草剂。 我所于1975年曾在林间做过一些除草试验,取得一些结果。在此基础上,1977年6—10月又进行一些试验,效果同样较为显著,现简结如下。 一、试验方法 试验地设在本所、江宁县东善桥林场、句容林场,并分别在不同林令的杉木、池杉、毛竹等林地,茶园和湿地松、火炬松、马尾松、柳树、杨树苗圃地,以及庭园进行。喷施时,小区试验,每一处理面积为4M~2,用DDT筒喷雾,大田试验用背负式喷雾器均匀喷洒,每平方米用水量75毫升。镇草宁系镇江农药厂试验产品,有效含药量10％,喷施时将药液与水充分混合,施药量一律以有效成分计算。
