给大鼠第三脑室微量注射δ-阿片受体激动剂DPDPE(1μg或3μg/3μl),用放射免疫法测定血浆ACTH.β-内啡肽和催乳素的含量。观察到DPDPE可显著升高大鼠血浆中上述激素水平。实验结果表明,激活δ-阿片受体可同时兴奋上述垂体前叶激素的释放;提示应激或某种病理状态下,ACTH、β-内啡肽和催乳素的相伴释放机制可能与δ-阿片受体的激活有关。
The third ventricle in rats was injected with DPDPE (1μg or 3μg / 3μl), a δ-opioid receptor agonist, and the plasma levels of ACTH.β-endorphin and prolactin were measured by radioimmunoassay. DPDPE was observed to significantly increase the plasma levels of these hormones in rats. The experimental results show that activation of δ-opioid receptors can simultaneously stimulate the release of anterior pituitary hormones; suggesting that the mechanism of concomitant release of ACTH, β-endorphin and prolactin in stress or some pathological conditions may be related to δ-opioid Receptor activation related.
