报道了日本连翘和秦岭连翘果实中酚类化合物的分离。干燥粉碎的果实(各50g)以热甲醇提取。用过去报道的方法处理甲醇提取物。从乙醚提取物中得到牛蒡子甙元(1)、罗汉松脂素(2);从氯仿提取物中得到牛蒡子甙(3)和罗汉松脂素甙(4);从丁醇提取物中得到槲皮甙(5)、芸香甙(6)和acteoside(7)。
The separation of phenolic compounds in the fruits of Japanese forsythia and forsythia suspensa was reported. Dry crushed fruits (50 g each) were extracted with hot methanol. The methanol extract was treated with the methods reported in the past. Obtained from the ether extract of burdock fruit aglycon (1), gaursu grosin (2); obtained from the chloroform extract of Arctiin glycosides (3) and Podocarpone glycosides (4); obtained from the butanol extract Peel (5), musk (6) and acteoside (7).
