目的:探索渐尖毛蕨对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖与分化的影响。方法:通过检测细胞存活率和检测细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)分泌量来评价渐尖毛蕨是否存在细胞毒性,通过检测细胞的油红O染色程度,LDH分泌量和细胞葡萄糖消耗来综合评价渐尖毛蕨给药对前脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响。结果:渐尖毛蕨给药组的细胞MTT值和LDH分泌值未有明显改变,而给药组油红染色程度和甘油三酯(TG)含量均显著性下降了,同时葡萄糖消耗明显上升。结论:渐尖毛蕨具有抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖与分化的活性。
Objective: To explore the effects of Acanthus maximus on the proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. Methods: The cell viability was measured and the amount of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) secretion was measured to evaluate the cytotoxicity of Rhododendron fortunei. The cell viability was assessed by measuring the degree of oil red O staining, LDH secretion and cell glucose consumption Effects of Daphniphyllum pilosa on the Proliferation and Differentiation of Preadipocytes. Results: MTT and LDH secretion did not change obviously in the group of Rhododendron fortunei, but the degree of oil red staining and triglyceride (TG) in the administration group decreased significantly, meanwhile, the glucose consumption increased obviously. Conclusion: Acanthamoeba fasciatus can inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.
