随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众教育的转变,高等职业院校如何建设一支“双师型”教师队伍,是提高职教教学质量的关键。本文将就吉林省高职院校旅游专业“双师型”教师的培养模式进行探讨。一、双师型教师的内涵“双师型”教师基本内涵有二点:一是认为教师既能从事理论教学,也能从事实践教学;二是认为教师既能担任教师,也能担任专业技术人员。简言之,“双师型”教师应同时拥有“教师资格证书”和“专业技术职务证书”。
