中国的管理咨询市场以极快的速度热了起来,甚至让人觉得眼前一片混沌。其实,咨询公司最大的价值在于其行业经验、中立性、解决问题的方法和其团队可以集中时间攻破某一个管理问题。管理咨询绝对不是万能的,也不可能在一开始就拥有问题的答案。作为企业,根本的问题不是笼统地问管理咨询是否有用,而是弄清楚自己什么样的问题什么样的咨询公司能帮助解决。一个企业最好是能够自己解决所有的问题;如果不能,寻找一个适合自己的咨询公司也可能是解决问题的一个方法。但是,在我国目前有些虚胖的管理咨询市场,咨询公司与企业都应该明白,咨询和企业的1+1可能产生>2,也可能产生<1的效果。所以,管理咨询是否有用,要看企业是否通过咨询达到了它特定的目的。
