针对焦面空间尺寸小,两个CCD成像面由于棱镜拼接而成正交垂直分布的航空相机设计了一种焦面帘幕式快门。该快门采用齿形带作为快门帘幕,齿形带上开合适宽度的长条形孔作为曝光帘缝,通过改变帘缝运动速度调整曝光时间。采用两个快门帘幕正交布置、同步驱动的方法实现了两片面阵CCD同时曝光。通过编码器反馈,控制快门驱动电机转速,使CCD曝光时快门帘保持稳速,从而保证CCD曝光均匀性。实际测试显示,快门曝光可实现1/300~1/1 000 s连续可调,CCD曝光均匀性优于10%。另外,通过更换快门帘,改变曝光帘缝宽度,可进一步拓宽曝光时间调节范围。实验结果表明,此种快门能够满足面阵CCD航空相机的成像要求。
Aiming at the small size of the focal plane space, an air camera with two CCD imaging planes orthogonally perpendicular to each other due to prism splicing is designed as a focal plane curtain shutter. The shutter uses a toothed belt as a shutter curtain, a toothed belt with an opening width of the elongated hole as the exposure curtain seam, by changing the speed of shade movement to adjust the exposure time. The use of two shutter curtain orthogonal layout, synchronous driving method to achieve a two-sided array CCD at the same time exposure. Feedback through the encoder to control the speed of the shutter drive motor to keep the shutter curtain steady while the CCD is exposed, thus ensuring the CCD exposure uniformity. The actual test shows that shutter exposure can be achieved 1/300 ~ 1/1 000 s continuously adjustable, CCD exposure uniformity better than 10%. In addition, by changing the shutter, changing the exposure curtain slit width, you can further broaden the exposure time adjustment range. Experimental results show that this shutter can meet the imaging requirements of area array CCD aerial camera.
