上海海仑宾馆工程处于闹市,施工场地狭窄,地下管线密布,工期紧迫。为此,施工中采用了大直径超长钻孔灌注承重桩,稀齿形地下连续墙(加钢筋混凝土斜撑) 作基坑的支护结构,基础承台钢筋(Φ40) 采用冷压连接,8600m~3基础承台混凝土一次连续浇捣。并研制了适合大体积混凝土浇捣的新型外掺剂,在基础承台混凝土浇捣及养护过程中进行测温监控,合理选择模板体系,采用泵送商品混凝土,悬撑式外脚手架等新工艺,仅用14个月完成了主体结构施工。
The Shanghai Hailun Hotel project is in downtown, the construction site is narrow, underground pipelines are dense, and the construction period is urgent. For this purpose, large-diameter and long-bore bored load-bearing piles were used in the construction, and a thin-toothed underground continuous wall (plus reinforced concrete bracing) was used as the foundation pit support structure. The base cap reinforcement (Φ40) was cold-pressed. 8600m ~ 3 foundation bearing concrete continuous casting. A new type of admixture suitable for mass concrete pouring was developed. Temperature monitoring was conducted during the concrete pouring and maintenance of the foundation platform, a reasonable selection of the template system, the use of pumped commercial concrete, and a new technology such as suspended concrete scaffolding. It took only 14 months to complete the construction of the main structure.
