介绍了板式成焦器的原理和改进，以及应用改进后的板式成焦器对ＣＣ柴油机油清净性的评价。结果表明，自行设计制造的板式成焦器对ＣＣ柴油机油的评价结果与Ｃａｔｅｒｐｉｌａｒ１－Ｈ２发动机台架试验的ＷＴＤ值有较好的相关性，由此可提高柴油机油配方研究通过１－Ｈ２发动机台架试验的成功率，是一种快速、简便评价柴油机油的模拟试验方法，具有很好的推广使用价值。
The principle and improvement of the plate coke forming and the evaluation of the CC diesel oil purifying performance with the improved plate forming coke coke are introduced.
