雌性哺乳动物生殖寿命与原始卵泡池大小有关,而原始卵泡池大小有赖于原始卵泡“启动”及“静息”之间的平衡,故有关其生长启动以及静息状态维持的分子机制成为近年研究热点。大量研究表明,某些基因突变、卵巢局部自分泌或旁分泌因子、原癌基因或抑癌基因参与了原始卵泡启动及静息状态的维持。本文就维持原始卵泡静息状态的重要信号分子和通路方面的研究进展进行综述。
