我厂研制使用的抗热处理氮化涂料NPSF-1及NPSF-2,系磷酸膜类,其原料来源广泛,配制简易,使用方便,抗渗性能可靠,无毒,且价格便宜(NPSF-10.16元/公斤,NPSF-2 2.15元/公斤,而国产N-501抗氮化涂料为54元/公斤)。现介绍如下: 1.涂料配方及配制方法: NPSF-1:滑石粉50%,水玻璃50%,再加总量0.5～1%的磷酸三钠。NPSF-2:NPSF-1 90%,1306涂料(浙江黄岩鼓屿硅酸盐化工厂产售,每公斤20元)10%。
